Artist Membership
Artist:
One of the greatest benefits of membership to the Arts Council is an immediate opportunity to connect with other artists, organizations, and supporters who share your concerns, experiences, and vision. Through gallery receptions, social functions, and other events, Artist members have the opportunity to network and build a community
2 levels of Artist Membership:
Starving Artist: household annual income less than $35,000 or currently enrolled full time as high school or college student $25
Individual Artist: all mediums, visual, literacy, performing
$50 per person, or $75 per couple
- View and apply for regional arts-related grants and funding opportunities for individuals as well as organizations
- List art related items for sale, such as supplies, etc.
- Submit for publication on the Arts Council website and/or Facebook page: individual achievements, recognitions, awards, recitals, performances, book signings, workshops, or other arts-related events (Subject to certain restrictions*)
- Receive immediate access to call for entries, audition notices and other opportunities
- Receive our Arts-E-Newsletter and updates on upcoming events and shows
- Link to your personal website, Facebook page, or site where your work may be purchased online
- Up to 5 pieces of your work displayed on Arts Council website
- Opportunity to have your work displayed in “The Window” on the walkway and publicize your work as our featured “Artist of the Month” or have work in gallery shop for sale
- Opportunity have one person show in BSF Annex
- A sample of your performance or music from your site to ours
